Ho Ho Uh Oh!
Time for me to panic as my wife has mentioned her plans to prepare for Christmas.
We discovered recently that our house has been chosen as the destination for all the family to come for Christmas this year.
We’re being descended upon by at least a DOZEN people for Christmas!
That’s going to be one big turkey!
But that is not where the panic comes from. As part of the preparations for Christmas, My wife has decided the dining room area needs painting!
ARRRGGGHHH!!!
The problem is, once I slave my way through painting that, I know what will happen next. She’ll say that “now the walls look lovely and fresh, you should do the doors and skirting boards too”.
This will, of course, lead to “now that this room is done, the hallway looks like it could do with painting”.
I fear that my next few months will involve brushes and gloss and back-ache as I slowly but surely get shuffled from room to room. LOL
Perhaps I should remind her about my pathetic DIY skills…as illustrated below.
Oh well. Ho Ho Ho!
